On the shoot day, we will confirm the location. The driver and camera operator will meet, go over hand signals and safety guidelines for filming from a camera car. A liability form must be signed before starting the shoot.

Once the camera car is set and ready to go you will embark on the journey of driving while you, the driver, communicate with both the camera operator and the camera car driver as we make our way through the planned route. The camera car will provide a series of instructions for proper placement to ensure a beautiful frame for your video shoot. Keep in mind that different packages come with varying lengths of time. After we finish filming, we'll come together to share in laughter and moments of joy, ensuring a memorable experience for all. The editing timeline can differ depending on the package you choose, with teasers sent out to generate anticipation. Typically, the waiting period ranges from 2 to 4 weeks for the final product.

Completed assets will be delivered through google drive where a link will be sent for you to download the footage in its highest quality.

You will have one month to download the footage before it will be deleted from our cloud base.
